Amanda has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, standing out for her ability to manage teams, lead selection processes and design effective organisational strategies. Throughout her career, she has worked in personnel administration, occupational risk prevention and the implementation of equality plans, contributing to the development and diversity of organisations.
